This is a favorite around here, it's very simple and full of flavor!!!
Ingredients:
2 cans stewed tomatoes,
undrained 2 c. chopped celery, onions, and bell peppers (I have used frozen, but fresh is better)
1 c. water
1lb smoked kielbasa sausage,
sliced 3 chicken bouillon cubes
1 tsp. hot sauce
2 c. Minute white rice
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes (optional)
Directions: Bring tomatoes, vegetables, water, sausage, bouillon, and hot sauce to a boil in large skillet. Simmer 5-7 min or until bouillon is dissolved. Stir in rice and cover. Cook on low-medium heat for 5 min.
Enjoy!!!

Is this similar to what Shayla used to make at the salon? I loved that!
