This is a simple slow cooker recipe that is VERY VERY VERY Delicious!!!
Ingredients:
3-15 oz cans of Great Northern Beans
1-can diced green chilies (Mexican Food Aisle)
2-3 Chicken Breast-thawed
1/2 cup diced red onion
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 cup Chicken Broth
***optional***
Directions:
1.) Spray Slow Cooker with non stick cooking spray
2.) Combine beans, chilies, chicken, onion, chili powder, and broth in slow cooker
3.) Cover and Cook on low 6-8 hours
4.) Remove Chicken from slow cooker and shred with fork
5.) Add back into slow cooker
6.) Serve with dallop of sour cream!!

This one sounds good, too, Ashlee! I've wanted to try a chicken chili for awhile now and it may just be this weekend.

I've seen chicken chili recipes before but have never tried one for some reason. This one looks simple and sounds like it would be good soooo... maybe NOW is the time to try chicken chili! :-) Thanks for the recipe and for stopping by today...
