Easy Italian Stew

This a great SLOW COOKER recipe for those cool fall evenings!!

Ingredients:
2 Tbsp Italian Dressing
1lb Italian Sausage, browned and rinsed
3 cans chicken broth
1 pkg frozen seasoning blend (onions& bellpeppers)
1 can cannelini beans-rinsed and drained
1 can italian diced tomatoes
1 cup elbow macaroni
1 cup-mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. italian seasoning
1 tsp. garlic powder



Directions:
1.) Heat dressing in skillet, add sausage and cook through until no longer pink
2.) Spray slow cooker with non stick cooking spray
3.) In slow cooker, combine chicken broth, sausage, saesoning blend, beans, tomatoes, and spices.
4.) Cook on low 6-8 hours
5.) Add macaroni last 30-45 min of cooking.
6.) Top with Cheese

Serve with hot buttered rolls...YUMMY!
