Tomato Soup w/ White Beans and Pasta

This recipe was fast, simple, flavorful and delicious.

2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/4 tsp dried oregano
2 cans diced tomatoes
3 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup macaroni pasta
can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed

In large sauce pan, warm oil over medium heat and add garlic. Stir for about 1 min until fragrant. Add oregano. Add Chicken broth and diced tomatoes in juice. Bring to a boil. Add macaroni and cook for about 8 min. (I had to stir constantly, because the macaroni kept sticking...just fyi)
Stir in beans and cook about 5 min. Add in parsley and salt/pepper. Enjoy with a grilled cheese.
