This is a recipe that I actually came up with. My Mom :) gave be the basics and I added here and there. I think its perfected now.
6-8 medium to large potatoes, cut into thick cubes
2 cans Chicken Broth
2 Chicken bouillon cubes
1 can of Cream of Chicken soup
Season Salt 1/2 t. and Pepper(generous dash)
1 pkg. real bacon bits
cheddar cheese, diced green onions, sour cream.... FOR GARNISH
1.) Lightly spray slow cooker
2.) Add potatoes, chicken broth, chicken bouillon cubes, c of chik soup, spices, and bacon bits.
3.) Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
4.) Add desired garnishments
ENJOY!!!

oh my goodness!!!! i love potatoe soup. my soup always turns into creamy soup, i don't have the chunks of potatoes. i guess i'm cutting them 2 small. i'm going to try this. will, my 7 yr. old will love it. thx ashlee, jackie
I made this soup today and it was sooo good! I am amazed at how easy it was to make! All the canned ingredients were pop tops so I didn't even need a can opener!! I love it! Now I need a recipe for easy meatballs!!
