Spinach Chicken Parm

This recipe was another 10 on the "Workman" dinner scale. It is super easy and was delicious.
Like I would really post something gross. Right?

Spinach Chicken Parm (modified slightly)


Chicken Breasts 4-6, thawed
1 box frozen spinach, thawed
Shredded Parmesean Cheese
2 Tbsp Flour
1 Cup Skim Milk
1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 1/2 Tbsp Butter


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Arrange Chicken on baking dish (spray lightly with PAM), Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and top with Parm Cheese (heaping amount).
 In medium skillet, add butter until melted, stir in flour, then add milk all at once. Simmer, stirring, until bubbly. Stir in drained spinach mix together. Spoon spinach mixture over chicken and sprinkle with remaining cheese mixture. Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes or until tender and chicken juices run clear.
