Baked Ziti Casserole

This was one of the simple dinners and simply delicious too!

Ingredients:
1 lb Ground Beef or Turkey ( I used turkey)
8oz ziti (I used penne....same thing)
1 jar 24 oz 4 cheese Spaghetti Sauce (I used 5 cheese by Bertolli)
6 oz tomato paste
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese 

Directions:
~Cook beef or turkey until no longer pink. drain.
~Cook pasta according to the directions. drain
~Add pasta sauce and tomato paste to beef or turkey.
~In casserole pan, add a layer of meat sauce (1 1/2 spoonfuls),  noodles, cheese(reserving some for the top).
~Repeat until all ingredients are used up. Top with Extra Cheese.
~Bake at 350 for 10-15 min to let cheese melt.

Pair with a salad and french bread. YUM!
